Proof of age is only needed once per time in the club and once approved on the roster we will delete the proof of age. Please email a copy of the player’s Passport, Alberta Health Card or Birth Certificate.  or You can also upload it to your player profile in the memberzone as a club document.

PAYMENT PLANS & SUBSIDY

Did you know that we offer Payment Plans for all programs in the club!  We understand that it can be difficult to make a full payment upfront with registration and as a result, we have various payment plans that we can set up for your family. In our Competitive Steam ( Development Program)- we already have a Three Payment Plan in place:

  • 50% due at the time of registration
  • 25% due 30 days after registration
  • 25% due 60 days after registration.

These dates are based on when we open club registration to the public.  Normally club registration opens as follows:

Indoor Program – August 10

Outdoor Program – February 1st

This plan can be modified or provided to our other programs if needed. In order for us to do this, you will need to have a profile created and all players who will be playing attached to your account ready for registration.

Please contact our club Registrar to have this set up for you in either our Competitive Stream or Recreational Stream

SUBSIDY PROGRAMS

Did you know that programs exist to help offset the cost of playing youth soccer. You are able to receieve funding each calendar year for either of the following programs below.  You will need to provide personal information, tax information and proof of documentation but it is all done through the agency.  The club will be emailed once you are approved and we will then update our memberzone account on your behalf.
