Please note of the following requirments:

• Rentals must be paid upfront for bookings for month in advance at all time

• Spectator limiation will be provided at the time of the rental

General Overall Rules – Calgary Villaisn FC staff may enforce or establish otehr rules deemed necessary at any time. Violation of our rules will result in a loss of being able to rent and will include any payment for damages.

• No pets are allowed anywhere on our compound in the Dome, Training Centre or Clubhouse
• No Bike’s, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards in the Dome, Training Centre or Clubhouse
• No Food is allowed inside the Dome at any time
• Water is the only approved drink inside the Dome ( no gatorades, juices, pops, coffee’s teas etc)
• No solication, marketing, rental group advertisement is allowed without approval from the facility manager

Behavior of group or individual representing your group

• Villains staff will not tolerate any abuse both physical or verbal at any time. Violation will result in immediate removal from our facilities and will include forfeiting use of all Villains facility use in the future.
• Profanity or inappropriate language is not tolerated
• Any damages caused by an individual will result in damages being collected for repurchase, repayment, or repair.

NO SPITTING ON THE TURF AT ANY TIME

• Anyone caught spitting on the turf at any time will be asked to leave immediately from the facility. 

Calgary Villains has established a zero-alcohol, zero-cannabis environment within the Villains Dome & Training Centre Turf Fields. Failure to comply with the guidelines will result in non-compliance and action against individuals and organizations that do not comply.

If any individual or group is found not following our protocol and guidelines, they will be denied entry to our space, removed from the premises, and may lose all future booked time. The league will be notified of the actions of the individual and/or group and will take the necessary steps to review the offending individual or group within the league. 

The renter is responsible for the safety and conduct for all participants, spectators and members The renter is responsible for the safety and conduct of all participants, spectators, and members within their organisation, which could include, but is not limited to: volunteers, officials, physios, coaches, and staff within their organization which could include but not limited to: volunteers, officals, physio, coaches, staff.

The renter will be allowed access to the field only at the Start time of their booking, and Villains Dome staff will bring them to and from the field to ensure all groups are provided the proper time of their booking. Rental groups must also leave at the end time of their booking. These times will include setup and takedown of equipment so please plan accordingly. 

Team rooms and common spaces used by the rental group must be in the same or better condition as found. Groups will be responsible for any damage to the team rooms, common spaces like bathrooms, lounge or elsewhere. Damage to our site by any user group will incur a minimum charge of $250.00. 

No food or drinks are allowed on the pitch during training, except water for players: no sunflower seeds, no gum, no candy, no tobacco products allowed at any time.

As a permit is paid and issued to the renter, any future cancellations must be made in writing 72 hours and will result in a $25 fee plus GST for each booking/permit change. Any permits requiring cancellation within 72 hours will not be approved.
