Payment Plans

Registration is all done through our Online portal, so in order to take part in any of our club programming, camps, events you will need to create an account

  • Please create an account via: cvfc.powerupsports.com
  • Create one account per family and make sure the primary account holder is the guardian. 

Once you create the account you will hit Register Now and add the family members which will be the players taking part in the program.  If you are moving from another club that uses powerup you do not need to create a new account you can login with the same information. 

Did you know that we offer Payment Plans for all programs in the club. We understand that it can be difficult to make a full payment upfront with registration and as a result, we have various payment plans that we can set up for your family. In our Competitive Steam – (Academy program) we already have a Three Payment Plan in place:

  • 50% due at the time of registration opening August 10
  • 25% due October 30
  • 25% due November 30
  • These dates start when we open club-wide registration for each season.

Outdoor Registration – February 1st | Indoor Registration – August 10

This plan can be modified or provided to our other programs if needed. In order for us to do this, you will need to have a profile created and all players who will be playing attached to your account ready for registration. Please contact our club Registrar to have this set up for you in either our Competitive Stream or Recreational Stream
