Proof of Age
WHO NEEDS PROOF OF AGE? HOW TO SUBMIT?
Players in the U7-U19 Programs must submit Proof of age via email to Villains Registrar or add it directly into your Member Zone Player profile. Proof of age can be copies of Passport, Birth Certificate or Alberta Health Card
If you are new to Villains or have never played soccer within CMSA ( Calgary Minor Soccer) this must be submitted prior to being placed on a roster in our U7-U19 Programs. Grassroots U3-U6 programs do not need Proof of age but we suggest U7-U8 grassroots do submit it so that when they enter the next stream this part of the player profile is completed.
How to Upload to Player Profile In Your Family Memberzone?
We have a new feature on our club member zone that allows you to upload the Proof Of Age directly to your profile so that we can pull it and send it directly to CMSA when needed. Only the club Registrar will have access to the proof of age document and will send it to verify the profile on your behalf.
Players in U7-U19 will need to upload Proof of age if they are new to Calgary Villains and also if you are new to soccer. When you go into your profile click edit profile – CLICK THE PLAYER NAME YOU WANT TO UPLOAD THE DOCUMENT INTO – This is also where you can submit a headshot of your son or daughter to your profile as this is a new initiative we are doing for Outdoor 2021.
DO I NEED TO SUBMIT PROOF OF AGE EVERY SEASON?
Proof of Age only needs to be submitted once in the playing career of a Youth Soccer Player. As soon as players enter U7 City League -U19 Programs this is a requirement to be approved on rosters. If you are coming from another club and are new to Villains we do recommend you send this in so we can ensure no hold-ups on the roster.
